Giving homage to the all-time favourite Peranakan delicacy, this is our version of the Kueh Salat.

Ingredients:

Glutinous Rice, eggs, plain flour, blue pea flowers, pandan leaves, tapioca flour, salt and sugar.

Serving:

6" cake.  Serves 8-10 slices.
