Soft tofu is fried till golden brown, crispy but tender and then laced with a special

sauce topped with fried shallots, spring onions and fresh chili bits.

Mid-size fresh sea prawns marinated with herbs and spices then coated with

specially made batter and fried till golden brown.

 

Calamari Fritters - $12.00
Marinated and fried with batter for a crispy on the outside yet juicy and tender

on the inside.

 

Baked Scallops - $12.00        

Fresh Scallops marinated then baked with garlic and butter.

 

Baked Portabello Mushroom - $12.00
Fresh Portabello mushroom infused with a mixture of spices, fresh parseley,

garlic and butter then deep-fried to perfection.

Fresh Button Mushroom dipped in batter, then deep-fried to perfection.

Corned beef with mashed potatoes mixed with cilantro and parsley made into

Pieces of chicken marinated and dipped into a specially created batter.

Minced beef stewed with carrots and button mushrooms added with mashed

A typical Eurasian dish. The stew is broiled with local spices, added with

potatoes, carrots and cabbage.

 

Chicken Devil's Curry - $16.80
A traditional rich and fiery hot dish, served with bacon bones and ham hock.

 

Oxtail Devil's Curry - $18.80
Devil's Curry, rich and fiery hot, the chef recommends this oxtail special,

traditionally served with bacon bones and ham hock.

 

Oxtail Stew - $16.80
Ox tail stewed traditionally with a thick stew gravy. Served with carrots

and potatoes.

 

Vindaloo - Pork or Chicken - $13.80
The meat is marinated with chilis, ginger, garlic and spices. Vinegar adds

mouthwatering tang to the dish.

Marinated meat cooked with blend of spices. A traditional cuisine, truly a

The meat is stewed with blended spices and dark sauce, served with potatoes

A home special ! Slices of pot roast beef served with mushrooms and garden

vegetables.

 

Lamb Cutlets - $18.80
Fresh Lamb cutlets marinated with fresh herbs, spices and infused in olive oil.

Sirloin Steak Serani - $15.00
Chef Quentin introduces this fusion steak with generous cube cuts of sirloin,

stir fried with a special blend of herbs and spices. Served with fresh capsicum.

Prawns and sliced green chilies are mixed with blends of garlic, shallots,

turmeric and

coconut milk.

 

Pineapple Curry - Prawns or Mackerel - $13.80
A Eurasian dish cooked with spices and herbs, a combination of a sweet and

sour flavor.

 

Sambal Petai Natibu - Prawns, Calamari or Mackerel - $13.80
Fresh and dried chilies are used to make the sambal where fresh seafood and

“Petai” are added.

 

Curry Moolie - Mackerel or Prawns - $13.80
Fresh seafood cooked in a pepper base curry. Serve with eggplant.

 

Curry Permanta - Mackerel or Prawns - $13.80
Fresh seafood cooked in a pepper base curry. Serve with eggplant and ladies finger.

 

Permenta Fried - Beef, Chicken or Prawns - $13.80
Uncommon in an Asian recipe, butter is used in this dish reflecting the Portuguese

influence in Malacca. With the butter, lots of coarsely ground black peppercorns go

into this dish. The result is a deliciously mellow black pepper sauce.

 

Lemak Padi - Prawn or Fish Fillet - $13.80
Choice of fresh prawns or dory fillet is added to this coconut based dish.

Made from blended herbs and spices with lemon leaf and fresh chili padi.

Accompanied with tofu cubes.

 

Singgan Serani - $13.80
Dory Fillet is deep fried and a dry spicy and sweet lemon grass is poured over the fish.

Large Fresh prawns are used in this dry curry dish. Served with okra, green chilies

and fresh tomatoes.

Cubes of meat cooked with a blend of herbs and spices including fresh turmeric and
